Finding that good stuff you love, feels good. And paying more for shipping feels bad. So right now, we’re offering FREE shipping to all of our UK customers.

Returns
Can you return your clothes?
If there’s a problem with your clothing, make sure you contact us within 30 days of your order and we will sort it out!
Email us with a picture of your garment, provide us with your customer number (from your confirmation email), and a description of the issue. We’ll look at arranging a replacement for you.
You’ll need to cover the shipping cost of sending your item back to us, we’ll cover the rest. Just email us.
Wrong Size?
We ask that everyone looks at the size guide before buying. We print the specific clothes that you order, just for you.
If you’re reading this, chances are, your clothing doesn’t fit – drop us an email with your customer number and we’ll sort it out.
We’re a small business, which means that we don’t have much money. We’ll pay for printing you a new item and sending it back out, you will just need to cover the shipping cost of sending your item back to us first. We want you happy in clothes that fit you perfectly so we’ll swallow the costs where we can.
(Note: Size changes are limited to one garment per order, and once per customer order).
Refunds
If you want a refund, there’s something wrong, send us an email and we’ll try to sort it out. If we can’t, as long as you’re happy to return your item, there shouldn’t be any reason that you can’t receive a refund.

Note: Free shipping is for orders that are paid in full and we hold the right to refuse this. We hold the right to refuse any returns. We also hold the right to refuse refunds. That being said, we aren’t dicks, we want you in the clothes you’ve chosen and we want them to fit you just right! As long as you’re not a dick either and treat us with respect, we will treat you with the utmost respect and do what we can (within reason) to make you happy. Size changes are limited to once per customer order.
